Hawksmoor Partners is registered with HMRC under The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We are also registered and regulated as an Authorised Corporate Services Provider with Companies House and therefore able to advise on and assist clients with the mandatory identity verification regime under the Economic Crime & Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

Our charging can be by way of fixed annual or quarterly fees, or hourly rates dependent on level of service.
